Because our products are customized and manufactured specifically for each customer, all sales are generally considered final.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, Bioskinetics does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Orders may only be canceled prior to production beginning. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
